How many guests does Redbank Barn hold?
The barn itself can hold up to 499 standing and up to 260 seated.
Is there a carpark on site?
Yes, there is a carpark area next to the barn. Guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight and collect them by 2pm the following day.
Do you run a bar?
Yes, we arrange a licenced ’pay’ bar. The bar is open for you and your guests from your arrival on the day of the wedding until midnight. If there is anything extra you would like the Bar to stock they are happy to be flexible within reason.
Can we bring our own bottles for the toast?

Do you allow confetti and fireworks?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow the use of confetti. For the sake of our neighbours and animals we are also unable to allow Fireworks or Chinese lanterns at events held on the site. However, we have found that sparklers and smoke bombs are a great alternative!
Can we get married in the barn?
YES! We are delighted to say that you are able to have a Civil Ceremony at the Barn. You can choose from our beautiful Elderflower Glade next to the Barn or within the Barn itself to hold your civil ceremony.
Can we bring our own caterers?
Yes, you can use your own caterers, as long as they hold Professional Indemnity Insurance and all the necessary Hygiene, Health & Safety and Waste Management Certificates etc. Your caterers will be responsible for disposal of their own waste.
Do you have a list of recommended suppliers?
Yes, as part of your wedding package you will have the benefit of an experienced Wedding event manager, who will help and guide you along the way and provide you with an extensive list of quality tried and tested local suppliers. However, you are not restricted to these suppliers and can use your own, as long as they hold all the necessary Health & Safety Certificates and Professional Indemnity Insurance. Alternatively you can opt for our Additional Catering & Entertainments package.
Do you have any restrictions for decorating?
We kindly ask that you do not use naked flames or candles inside the barn, unless they are tea lights or in a contained hurricane lantern. We cannot allow any decorations which may damage the barn. Due to health & safety regulations any portable electrical items/ decorations brought on site unless must have been ‘PAT’ tested by a qualified electrician. A selection of fairy lights, uplighters and mood lighting is provided by us as part of the package, however, if you have any particular requirements your Event Manager will be able to assist and we have a choice of table and other décor for you to select from which is included in your hire.
When can we access the barn?
You and your suppliers can access the barn, by prior arrangement, the day before your event to set up. We will be on hand to help with this process. You are welcome to start your event from 12 noon Saturday and guests are asked to vacate the site by 12.30am unless staying overnight. If you are a Midweek Wedding, the bar will close at 11.00pm and guests are asked to vacate the site by 11.30pm.
Can we camp over?
Yes, our package includes overnight camping if required. We can arrange for furnished bell tents to be erected for your guests (at additional cost), or your guests can bring and use their own tents or campervans. Please ask for details.
Do you have accomodation?
Upon request, we can provide you with a list of hotel and B&B accommodation available locally for you and your guests.
Do you allow pets?
YES! We are a pet friendly site and pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
